The Importance of Immigrant Labor to the US Economy - The Center for Migration Studies of New York (CMS)
As US citizens celebrate Labor Day, it's important to recognize the contributions legal and undocumented immigrants make to the national economy.
What is lacking in the current administration is a deep understanding of how the US economy was built, how it is sustained, how classism really works, and how many non-white family values differ from the dominant culture. (Among many other issues related to social class).
