I can agree with that last statement. There is a time and place for ai to be used. I used to use it as a base reference for my art and not actually have the ai in the art itself. Using it as a way to lazily make half assed movies isn't the way to go.

You're missing my point. I'm saying even the worst shows/movies will still be better than ai because the quality of the media isn't what determines if it's art or not. Bad art exists, and those movies are examples of bad art. If ai recreated it, it could be better, but by definition, it can't be art

Tbh I never watched it myself, but I did see some videos discussing it. I did see some infamous moments like Velma laughing at shaggy's attempt to ask her out as a way to relieve a panic attack or Fred's entitled mama's boy behavior which is supposed to be autism rep.

Then you are missing my point. I'm comparing it directly to the writing (as shitty as Velma is, the writing is still considered an art form) because even the worst piece of human media is better than ai because it's still written by a human. And that's all it has to it.
