Baseball, hot dogs, cornbread, and our Fiat 500. My wife is kindness personified. TV and the La-Z-Boy recliner took the heart out of Class D ball.

Judge Immergut was an attorney on Ken Starr's special counsel staff that investigated Bill & Hillary Clinton, was an Assistant US Attorney under George W Bush, and was appointed to the federal bench by Trump.

She has every conservative legal bona fide and she sees clearly that Trump is lawless.

Trump in the last two weeks:
-Uses DOJ to go after political enemies
-Holds press conference to say Tylenol causes autism
-Shuts down the government
-Sends troops from red states to blue states

He must have done some really bad stuff that got put into the Epstein files.

Chief Justice Roberts: If the Founders intended anything, it was to allow a strong executive branch where power was centered in a single person, to billet troops anywhere in the United States, regardless of what some dumb locals might think.

Article excerpt: After Trump won and formally announced Homan would be returning with him to the White House, Sowell kept Homan on his payroll until the end of the year. Once named as the border czar, Homan said he would recuse himself from contracting, saying he would have no β€œinvolvement, discussion, input, or decision of any future government contracts.”

But several industry executives who spoke with ProPublica said at least half a dozen companies vying for a slice of the $45 billion Congress has allocated for immigration detention work had hired Sowell because he had led them to believe his connections to Homan would help their chances of winning government work.

Homan's business relationships are under greater scrutiny after MSNBC reported an FBI sting that allegedly caught him on tape accepting $50,000 in cash from undercover agents posing as would-be government contractors before he took the border czar post.

His relationship with Sowell raises fresh questions about the integrity of the billion-dollar contracting process for immigration enforcement, ethics experts say.

Now that Tom Homan is border czar, his former business associate Charles Sowell is continuing to work with companies actively seeking to land a chunk of the $45 billion Congress approved to spend on immigration detention.

The regime is acting this way because there are no consequences so it is clear that consequencesβ€”the development of them, the advocacy for them, the imposition on bad behaviorβ€”are the answer to our crisis.
