Some clubs, sure. The American owners don’t bring value to the clubs, though. They either drive unnecessary spending, or actually take money out the clubs. Could be a good place to draw a line, both in terms of spending, and keeping money within communities.

European governments, UEFA, and domestic leagues should do to American owners what they did to Chelsea and Abramovich when Russia invaded Ukraine.

Move the World Cup to another country and don’t let the US participate. Take away the Olympics right now, and don’t let the US participate. US athletes should not be allowed to compete under their national flag. US teams in international competitions should have their license to compete revoked.
