I may not be able to enjoy the same rare experiences anymore, but it’s a better company, lots of growth opportunities, flexible, dope ass people (yes, there are cretins too but I don’t have to engage with them the way it’s set up) and just generally more peaceful.

My old company was small and put me in the position to have unique, fun and dope experiences fairly often.

But the culture was very toxic (intense micro-managing + high turnover) and little to no promotional growth, yet mad competition (pa’ nada).
