Secret identity should read:
It has two modes that are interesting for Infect and it's blue, making it an interesting card. Both effects are enough below par, and there are cards that combine both well enough, that this doesn't seem worth a precious slot.
If you need more blue, just play a cantrip.

Hard at work making my #MTGxSpiderman set review for Legacy... as you can clearly tell.

I always like to remind myself that WotC decided it was a good idea to produce that set, as it really puts their other decisions in perspective.

Even more recently, the fact that neither Ixalan nor Rivals or Ixalan made the list is concerning. But since we're including more fringe releases, there's no way that Innistrad Double feature doesn't go straight to the top of the list.

Also - I love how hyped you are about this card - because: Same!

Playing completely different lists than I was working on thought, which is Esper Control, BUG Control, and 'Cradle Control' variants. After starting my tests in UB Tempo and Grixis Tempo, but those didn't quite work for me.

I kind of agree. Except that, I have to ask, what space ship?

This is just some eggs in grass with some alien-tech looking growth lamps; right?

I had it on my list of card that looked interesting, but couldn't really find a reason that any (existing) shell would want it. It's a bit mana intensive unless you're moving it around with cards like Welder, and I don't see such a deck having space for Relic at this mana cost.

Certainly not a 0.

Edge of Eternities has some cool cards, but is ultimately a meek set when it comes to Legacy. Though I'll certainly be playing some of these new toys!

While I'm not into Final Fantasy at all, this looks like a great stand-alone and limited set. For one of Magic's most powerful format, the associated rules change for Sagas looks by far the most impactful.

Modern: Underworld Breach
I think it's quite obvious that Breach is a problem and I think the format can function fine with various Mox Opal decks.

Legacy: No changes.
Though I would personally love Entomb and Thassa's Oracle to take a hit; just from how easy they make it to do unfair things.

'I brewed a deck and it's Eldrazi' with my UG Stock Up Eldrazi list for #SpotlightModern in Utrecht.

Finished on a 10-5 record.

Deck felt great against the fair field, and very consistent compared to most Eldrazi lists. Combo is rough but it might be a good starting point for post-ban Modern!

At least mine was salvagable, but yeah;
- Submitted the wrong list into the league
- Wasn't on the right OBS scene
- Then was on almost the right OBS scene (had to fix in post)
- Audio was all over the place
- Tried to fix my audio levels in post but made it irreparably worse
- Didn't win any match
