Dirt track, leading to car park, closed off by two large concrete blocks with the word 'closed' spray painted on them. There is a one metre gap between the blocks, and a car parked in front of one of them.

Car park at the east end of The Pencaitland Railway Path has been closed. This is on NCN196, and while the gap in the blocks looks wide enough maintain access, a third parked car was pulling away as I arrived which I suspect would have been blocking it for all but pedestrians and two wheeled bikes.

I hereby declare war on premature Christmassing.

Any shop caught doing this before 1st December must be shut down and turned into affordable housing.
