It's also entirely a design flaw. You need to open one door first and then the other and vice versa when closing because one has a flap that seals the gap between the doors. You won't be surprised to learn the gasket which broke is the one that gets slammed by that flap if you do it out of order.

For this privilege - me having to heat the new gasket in the fucking clothes dryer, only for the work to take about as long as a long commercial break, I paid them $558.01. Are you fucking kidding me!?

Guy showed up at 7:34AM and was out by 7:52. 98% of that time was spent with the new gasket sitting in my fucking clothes dryer on low heat because it had been sitting frozen in his truck overnight and so its shape was all fucked up. The actual work to replace it? Maybe three minutes. *MAYBE* /

Some 3rd party eventually called me to schedule and I set that up for today. They provided nothing up-front - no description of service visit cost, no estimate, no nothing. Just a call the other day to confirm along w/ the appointment window. Fine, whatever. I just want this shit fixed /

In the next two minutes, I had a service appointment. After spending a good portion of my day on hold, or answering the same questions I'd already answered, or wondering why the fuck they asked how much I originally purchased it for. It was infuriating, esp since I couldn't do it online /

The rage running through my veins right now. The gasket on the fridge door broke - it ripped and the magnet was falling out. I spent, no joke, around 4 hours the other day playing phone tag w/ Whirlpool to try to get service. On my 6th-ish call, I waited on hold for an hour and finally got thru /

I've had to cancel the everyday use one a number of times (or BoA did so on my behalf) b/c of shady shit. That's the one I expect to see stolen. Not the one with like ten total monthly transactions for like Hulu, Netflix, my cell phone, internet, etc. Hrmmmmmmm.

This is strange. There are no other fraudulent charges. And that's b/c there are basically no charges *at all* on that card! I only use it for a few recurring subscriptions to simplify when I need to cancel *my everyday use card* b/c of fraud. Plus it makes expiration easier for the recurring one.

Why is uber charging me? A lot of people with Uber accounts have had phantom UberOne memberships or random charges despite neither showing up in their account. What...

Hrmmmmmmmmmmmmm. I'm beginning to suspect that someone else had a CC data breach and Uber is completely uninterested in digging into it because they're getting paid for it. My Uber account is associated with card #1, this charge is on card #2, which Uber doesn't know about. And then see here:

I ran into this shit too - I got a new laptop and was like "Oh, Outlook is free with Windows now? Sweet!" So I set it up for my e-mail and then get very confused when I see a bunch of unrecognized e-mails and it's because... they put FAKE ad e-mails that aren't really there in between actual e-mails

You have no idea the extent to which this will now become my life's work.

I am in hell. There are DOZENS of threads on this on reddit. The thing is that THERE IS NO WHERE IN THE APP THAT SHOWS ME I HAVE ACTUALLY SIGNED UP FOR THIS, NO WAY TO CANCEL IT, AND NO WAY IN THEIR "SUPPORT" TO CONTACT THEM ABOUT THIS.
