This is true. As I was waiting (almost an hour) for blood work, I was shocked to see how many people were being told they had to pay extra. Most were seniors and some walked out because they couldn't or wouldn't pay.

She's a beauty! I had a black cat too. Smartest girl I ever met. She would box like a pro, play fetch with her favorite toy and if she didn't like a visitor she would grab their coat and drag it to the door.
