Elections Canada's wall map of the last federal election is out and with the exception of the rather large riding of Nunavut which is NDP orange, it is striking how much of the map is dominated by Liberal red and Conservative blue with a sprinkling of Bloc QuΓ©bΓ©cois ridings in light blue in Quebec.

I have wanted to do a Wednesday yoga class on Parliament Hill for years and finally got around to it today. It was a good class and an even better feeling that the seat of Canada's government is a place that welcomes dozens of people doing yoga on the lawn. β™₯
