Brexit was largely about anti-immigrant sentiment. The weird thing is, areas with low immigrant populations voted FOR Brexit, while those WITH significant immigrant populations voted disproportionately AGAINST Brexit. It's almost as if immigrants are a made up problem by people who don't know them 🀷

Alito and Thomas may trust Trump to follow a court order, but Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Barrett seemingly do not Justice Samuel Alito protests that the U.S. Supreme Court acted "hastily and prematurely" when it issued an unusual late-night order on Friday blocking

ONLY Alito and Thomas apparently trust Trump to faithfully abide by court orders. The rest of the Court, including Trump appointees Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Barrett are now prepared to use a much firmer hand to keep the administration in check.

If we change DEI to HFI (heterogeneous fairness and incorporation) do you think we can keep it? Those words should pass muster with the homophobic white businessmen, or at least leave the slower folks too confused to care 😁

A 25% tariff on imports just means native producers can raise THEIR prizes by nearly as much, because where else are you going to go? Government meddling in markets never provides the benefits they imagine. They produce inflation, not industry.

Take a look at Chinese and European ETFs to repair some of the trump damage to your portfolio. Up 20-30% on the year.

It's accurate though. Hitler never murdered anyone. Regular old Germans following orders did.

I'm voting purely libertarian from now on. No more "safety" votes for the "lesser" of two evils. 99% of Dems and Reps are complicit in what is being allowed to happen.

Little hats are good satrt! :P

I was never on twitter, and the 300 character limit is cramping my style. Forcing people into brusque sound bites is not the path to knowledge. But it's fine for cute doggos.

The feds' legal arguments for these deportations are laughably weak The Trump administration maintains that more than 200 people deported last weekend to a prison in El Salvador were criminals with ties to a dangerous

I was never a "Trump is Hitler" guy. But this is some Gestapo/Stasi level shit. Read this sentence twice, because it will be applied to you, too :

The administration argues that the lack of evidence should be taken as proof of criminality.

Amazon Fresh in Encino had a Grand Reopening. The wine is not segregated and the AI cameras are gone. Still has a bleak, lifeless energy. Prices on store brands and spices were very good, salad bar was exemplary. The produce seemed a little limp.
