Sure thing boss.
09.05.2025 19:59 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0This seems like a really snide way of saying you don't have a response but OK. However you want lol
09.05.2025 19:53 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Why do you seem so insistent to apply whataboutism and apologetics to excuse Nazis for their genocidal ways?
Who said Japan didn't do some incredibly fucked up stuff? An affirmation of one thing is not a denial of another.
Multiple countries worked in cooperation to defeat the Nazis. The Soviets lost a lot more men because of callous decisions made by Stalin and Soviet high command.
The U.S. financed and delivered a good percentage of Soviet arms, not to mention supplies and food. And so on and so on. No vacuum here
Holy whataboutism batman. Btw, Germans also heavily colonized other countries. What's your point here?
09.05.2025 19:49 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0All that to say, no, they're not the same. Not even close.
09.05.2025 19:38 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0For all their faults, the Allies were combating a global rise of fascism. And while I abhor the way my country treated its own citizens during the conflict, no other nation brutally culled entire ethnic groups. Except maybe Russia with ... Russians.
09.05.2025 19:37 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 4 π 0Yeah hey it had nothing to do with a global depression, Hitler's propaganda and apparently charisma to the common man or the weakness and instability of the Weimar Republic.
And none of that factors in that they chose that direction. No one had a metaphorical gun to Germany's head.
Dial back the emotional apologetics and read what I wrote and what you were responding to. Is that ... fare?
The treaty was unfair, but did not cause the rise of Nazism. Nazis are responsible for that. Germans were not without agency in the rise of Nazism.
They didn't kill millions of noncombatants based on race/religion because they were mistreated after WWI. Stop the whack apologetics

He tweaked his ankle, momentum carried him out of bounds. Do the bare minimum if you're going to criticize the guy. He was by far their best weapon all year.

Everyone's a critic based on media draft rankings or their extensive Madden GM experience.
Bears went BPA when it seemed like a lot of their targets went early.
Get the best players and figure out how to use them later. Burden is a 1st-round talent.
Nice to see the #Braves start the season off 1-0 after that terrible gas leak forced them to forfeit the first 7 games.
Schwellenbach is the real deal.
Wonder what an extension for him would look like? Even the highest-paid nickels seem to only get around $10M per season.
01.04.2025 20:49 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Pope was hired to replace Cal -- notorious for not making it out of the first weekend in his later UK tenure -- so yes the season could be deemed a partial failure for not exceeding what so many fans wanted his predecessor fired for.
But the vibes are better around the program so not a total loss
I'm gonna take it down OK? This isn't about me π€π

"Before you judge the man with his Christmas tree still up in March, cast judgment on those who still have up their Trump signs from the election. The former is merely lazy. The latter does it as part of their personality."
Amen.

07.03.2025 18:33 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Priorities have changed, sure, but runs per game haven't. We're in the launch-angle era. Analytics says over the wall is best outcome and why great contact hitters like Luis Arraez have an OPS+ that is league-average.
Defense/pitching is just flat out better, and the game changed to respond.
I strongly disagree. You're misattributing to lack of skill what is more skill from pitchers. BA is down (slightly) and SOs are up, but velocity is also way up. 100 mph is a daily occurrence, and soft tossing is anything below 95. Fastballs in the days of b/w and fundamental baseball were under 80.
07.03.2025 18:03 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Yes, it is.
This is fun.
He's right but it's not a bad thing. I'm personally glad the days are gone when a pitcher could jeopardize someone's life just because their feelings got hurt.
Baseball is better than it has ever been.
Past time. He was arguably the best big in the game during most of his Magic tenure.

06.03.2025 03:27 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Feels like you have to take a back fairly early too though. O-line didn't help, but Swift was one of the worst starting rushers in the league. If they prioritize some mix of iOL, Edge and RB I'll be thrilled.
