This! I'm currently replacing the zipper in my original suit with something more fit for purpose.

It's fun gear, but not great value I think. I feel like they launched the suits too early.

As someone on the other side of the wall, I always, always try to do my very best for my customers - they're making the ultimate discretionary purchase, after all!

But sometimes I'm a bit slow, or have 170000 other things going on outside of Slick.

I think for many companies they scale too fast.
