“Prologue” was a proof of concept with minimal plot. “Planetfall” will feature a full-scale story. And it won’t be a happy one.

P.S. Don’t mind the illustration. The developer (me) picked up a pencil to draw a reference for artists. It will be redrawn by them.

Murder Drones: The First Encounter v0.9.0 is out — the final update before the first full episode PLANETFALL.
New inventory UI, completely rewritten resource loading (50% less RAM, faster startup), and a new episode-based architecture.

After that, the team expanded, an Android version was released, and the game continued to improve. By the end of 2025, we released version 0.9.0. While the amount of new content is small, it represents an extremely important milestone for the future development of the project.

We started the year with version 0.5.0, a “cut-down” build of the game that lacked a large portion of its illustrations. Its release was a necessary step due to difficulties finding an artist in the previous year.
