So for example, you could have an area where villagers cut all fully grown trees within it (one toggle for tree-cutting, another for the age they get cut, etc), and use that same area to store the gathered wood.

Not sure if it'll stay that way throughout development, but that's the idea for now!

I want it to be a tool for a lot of things all at once. Kind of like Rimworld, but a bit more flexible. You can have a zone for crop plantation, resource storage, resource extraction, and anything in between (ideally toggling what you want the area to be, so you could have a hybrid, for example).

Yeah, things have been kind of hectic around here. Some regions have had it way, way worse though. For me its just been power outtages sometimes, but other people have had a lot of structural damage to their homes. Some areas look like veritable war zones.
