Way back in Feb. '25, we rang the alarm bell about a lawsuit unfolding in #Colorado. Essentially, the CO Supreme Court ruled that communities 𝙘𝙤𝙪𝙡𝙙 𝙩𝙧𝙮 𝙩𝙤 𝙥𝙪𝙧𝙨𝙪𝙚 𝙡𝙖𝙬𝙨𝙪𝙞𝙩𝙨 against Big Oil for damages. They didn’t like that ruling and asked SCOTUS to review it.
