Je me livre rarement dans l'émotion sur ces sujets là, et j'essaie toujours de balancer avec la raison. Mais après la crise existentielle que j'ai eu ce week-end, je l'assume.

Je viens de voir la séquence de Macron sur l'immigration hier et je suis tellement dégouté de me réveiller, encore un autre jour, dans un pays que ses dirigeants pensent que tu es "de trop".

Un autre jour où on doit encore faire face à cet étrangement qui nous aliène.

It's insane how much similar the story about the genocide of Ghormans in Andor and the one of Palestinians. But also the similarities between The Handmaid's Tale & what's happening in the US.. so it makes them more relatable to people than other shows. But is relatability enough for the success?

I've also been wondering whether what's happening in the world right now also makes people more attracted to themes or rebellion and insurrection, or has it always been the case since forever?

We have on one side Andor, The Last of Us, Foundation, The Handmaid's Tale.. and on the other side Marvel is still stuck in that one savior with super power narrative where the individual matter most than the collective

Seeing all these sci fi tv shows that are coming out these recent years and I can't but notice how most of them are centering their own narratives on collective rebellion & insurrection themes, which what most of the super hero franchises are lacking and hence dying
