Help set up a new research group for macro-experimental development. A highly impactful role for both research and policy!

The role will be based at Oxford, but involve substantial travel for fieldwork, workshops, stakeholder engagement.

Lead all operational and financial aspects of the group, coordinate fieldwork for several large-scale RCTs in East Africa. Build and maintain relationships with implementing partners and governments. Mentor and manage high-quality pre-docs, doctoral students, and post-docs.
