this fic in particular is an accomplishment for me bc i started it when i first got into fe3h and went back to it for this sylvix week, 5 years later. it’s nice to close a loop

exit does not exist by desmodus summary: “C’mon, it’s a long drive. Give me something to work with.” Felix pauses, then unpurses his lips to say, “I’m not fun, I don’t like to talk, and I didn’t ask to be here.” “You’re shortchanging me,” Sylvain smiles. It’s a lot of smiling for just under an hour. Maybe he’s not used to company anymore. “I knew that last one already.” — Sylvain, a trucker, takes Felix on as a reluctant passenger. They figure out their destination en route.
