Attacks used by the opponent’s active do 20 less damage, no matter what their target is (your active or your benched).

If their active’s attack places damage counters, however, there wouldn’t be any reduction because the damage counters don’t count as standard damage.

This card has such potential to boost creativity in deckbuilding AND will give us a comeback mechanic in a format sorely lacking in them.

I am legitimately SO stoked for these new item cards. I was only just getting into cooking with deckbuilding when Thorton rotated, so I’m going to give this mechanic a LOT of fiddling 😎
