I stayed on twitter because of the dave and bambi community but shit, it took a huge toll on me seeing the amount of NSFW and gore when my accounts age was set to under 18. After leaving and coming here it was much better and a more welcoming community, despite it being small.

It kinda annoys me if people leave because of the AI and not the disgusting behaviour of other people. Yes, sure smaller communities are very popular on Twitter - like dnb - but you can try and convince people to move since it's such a hellfire there.

i really wonder why people still stay even though it's been a mess since day one. i thought everyone would leave with the blocking thing but apparently not. if the AI thing doesn't kick everyone out, i really don't know what will.

jesus christ, PLEASE. leave twitter. all your art and text will be eaten up by AI and use for the slop it generates. It's already an extremely toxic environment with discourse going on almost 24/7 and don't even get me started on the normalization of homophobia, transphobia, racism and ableism.
