25.01.2025 16:47 — 👍 0 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0This is the diplomatic exception, right? So kids of H-1B’s and student visa holders can now get away with murder since they don’t fall under US jurisdiction?

12.01.2025 17:43 — 👍 0 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0How is it possible for the default Apple weather app to be so atrocious? 9 times out of 10 it won’t even load the map tiles for the precipitation map. Hundreds and hundreds of people report the same issue: discussions.apple.com/thread/25454...

11.12.2024 18:45 — 👍 0 🔁 0 💬 1 📌 0Isn’t the claim that the pretraining perplexity should be exponential, which doesn’t necessarily imply that the task evals should also be exponential?
11.12.2024 18:37 — 👍 0 🔁 0 💬 1 📌 0For years I would practice “calendar zero” and delete all my past events as they happened. But I stopped because my team constantly harangued me about all those emails.
11.12.2024 18:34 — 👍 0 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0Is there a name for the law that says that anyone who describes themselves as an “AI Expert” on LinkedIn is definitely not an AI expert?
11.12.2024 00:39 — 👍 1 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0To be clear, I agree with you that the definition is foggy. I think one difference is that a true agent, in addition to “going off”, isn’t following a predetermined plan. It’s like a cron job or set of API’s, but once it “goes off” it’s determining its own plan for how to use its tools via the LLM.
