#BleakCommute #Volume2
Atop the list
Of things to do
Is spend a fortune on train tickets
To be stood by the loo
Seat hogging bag-stards
Without a care in the world
‘No room for my bag’ they say.
How Annoying.
Or am I getting Old?

Rows of Empty seats in a waiting room on the platform at Didcot Parkway. Rain drops fall down the window. Slowly.
#BleakCommute
A short poem. By Josh, aged 34.
Are there many more British things,
than waiting for a train,
complaining that’s it’s late, drenched by the rain.
Glasses all steamed up,
Umbrella for the ride
Why can’t it just snow.
So we can go to bed and hide.
