Are frequent updates something you'd prefer, or would you rather wait for big announcements, such as a demo release? There's so much I'd love to share about the process of making this game, but I also don't want to spoil much or create expectations for features that may be dropped. 2/2 #gamedev

Confession: I struggle with communication. Over the past months, and despite working a full time job, I've been making quite a lot of progress on #Gambuzinos. Yet, I haven't posted about it at all. I'm always very torn about creating hype for a project far from completion. 1/2 #gamedev

The three aligning is not that uncommon. The problem is when the secret fourth circle "games I'm able to finish, publish and market" lies fully outside of the diagram.

Hey, thank you for your feedback! Actually, the backsprite being at that scale is intentional! It's precisely to mimick the Gen 1 PokΓ©mon style which did the same, I assume due to technical constraints. If I ever do a Gen 2-inspired game it will definitely have full resolution backsprites

That sounds pretty interesting. Lately I've been expanding the legendary pantheon and writing a lot of lore for my game (in large part inspired due to certain leaks). I'll follow you!

Thank you! I'm really happy how it turned out as well and that's why it got the #100 slot!

Thank you so much! Fun fact - it's based on a meteor. On the week that I decided to post it, a meteor of the same color crossed the skies of Portugal, which is the basis for the region!

The three starters of the Galus Region: Leoseed (a lion cub), Charglet (an eaglet) and Gotagon (a baby dragon). Below is a textbox that reads "Welcome to the world of... Gambuzinos!"
A 3D render of several Zatos, which are small discs like Pogs or Tazos, used to catch Gambuzinos.
An in-game battle scene against the Arena Master Joana, who is designed after the "maias" tradition from the region of Alentejo, in Portugal.
An image showing Fulgigon, a Light/Dragon-type Gambuzino based on a meteor.
Hello! My name is Zagaleus and I'm developing a monster collecting game called Gambuzinos where you can explore the Galus Region based on #Portugal! Follow for dev updates, concept art, sprites and more! Our three starters Leoseed, Charglet and Gotagon also say hi!
