If the president invokes the Insurrection Act, even more harm would descend on our communities.
Congress must rein in the Trump administration's already dangerous abuses in Minnesota.

Wow! Yay! The Senate just rejected Trumpβs proposed science cuts, voting 82β15 to boost funding for NOAA, NASA, and the NSF. The bill already passed the House 397β28. Strong bipartisan support for science still exists.

Politicians nationwide have introduced more bills targeting trans student athletes than there even are trans athletes.
Join us in telling the Supreme Court that freedom, families, and rights are more than a game.
The Trump administration's suspension of immigrant visa processing is just the latest attempt to virtually gut our entire immigration system and turn it into one that's overtly racist and focused on harming communities, tearing apart families, and eliminating all legal pathways for immigration.

This ruling reaffirms that the Trump administration has no legal basis to deny us passports that reflect who we are.
We'll keep fighting to make sure this harmful policy stays blocked.
Yesterday's ICE raid near Syracuse was a chilling and unnecessary show of force - officers descended upon the factory with crowbars and masks to detain people who were just doing their jobs.
Many of their kids came home from school to find their families torn apart. This is senseless and cruel.

We're in court today challenging the Trump administration's targeting of people attending their mandated immigration court hearings.
Systematically arresting people carrying out their legal duty is unconstitutional.
NEW: We filed a brief in support of federal workers targeted by President Trump's executive order eliminating their right to collectively bargain.
The administration is unconstitutionally retaliating against unions for their protected speech, including lawsuits they've filed against the government.

Most home care workers are women of color, and many already live in poverty. This change will push them further into hardship and worsen the home care labor shortage.
