The One-Shot was originally going to be just that, a ONE SHOT.
But it sold so well (outselling every other Timelines One-Shot) that Capcom/Udon and co cleared iit to be a series.
Originally we were just going to continue after Chill Penguin but than there was demands from above for a #0 prequel

When you work for a company, Udon pays for their own colorists I am talking more about people who make portfoliois and pitches (which is what this is all about).

Again always having your best foot forward

This was more art advice. A lot of times I see people with AMAZING line work but they do their own coloring and it's... not that great and hurts the line work.

Some of the best artists in the biz have someone else do their colors and it really HELPS A LOT.

I want people to have their best shot.
