Think I'm gonna try streaming StatRupture in about 9ish hours, I want to give it a good go since I dipped my toes in and I adore automation games, what I played felt very satisfactory adjacent but tipped more on the SciFi RPG side of things.

It runs like ass so some fine tuning may be needed lol

this is wild if this is whats happening and at least a brief google seems to suggest its definitely possible as my Cpap machine runs on full 100% of the time thanks to my refusal to shave my beard, if so this is something i would never have thought of, and yea dry eyes is a bit of an issue atm

the idea of the Deepdesert was good, but only if you trust people not to be terrible, as it stands forcing PVE players to contest with people who get their kicks purely from ruining other's day will kill the game. there is a reason every other game has PVP and PVE servers

it doesnt matter that i survived, my brand fucking new thopter lost half its durability due to some asshole that was not getting anything out of it other than the satisfaction they get to ruin someone elses day, this toxic pvp community the game encourages will kill dune

Was in Danger of enjoying this weeks DeepDesert in @duneawakening.com, only to have someone camping a control point in the PVE side of the map with a homing launcher shoot me as i was surveying.

forcing PVP on the whole community will kill this game, killed my drive to play for sure

so had painfully dry eyes despite goggles protecting them from the Cpap machine today, not as bad as its been, but clearly its not just the cpap machine, so now i need to figure out whats doing it

had an amazing moment in the DeepDesert on dune today, my server is full of people who would rather spice gather than kill each other, so when the big spice bloom happened everyone flocked to it,
(only tension was when people were being greedy and not minimising worm threat lol)
