It was Exeter Comic Con and Gaming Festival this weekend.

There was way too much 3D printed junk and Cricut made bits. Which totally has its place but shouldn't take up the majority of the Festival.

I have just spent the most delightful afternoon in the company of Martin Luff (Devon county recorder of beetles). I had the pleasure of seeing his beetle collection and talking all things entomology.
I am a very happy girl.

This morning I caught sight of the Atlas beetle.
As she's the first of my larvae to successfully eclose, I shall call her Lilith.

I've never bred Atlas beetles before and so I'm really chuffed!

I was just checking on my Atlas beetle larvae, making sure they had enough rotting leaves etc and in one of the tubs I noticed a cocoon 🤩
