For fantasy? It's the rushing upside. If he has a starting role/opportunity, top 10 FF QB is in his range of outcomes. No doubt there's risk, long term, but he passed they "eye test" for me a casual football watcher last year. And for bonus points, I'll lean on some PFF...

I traded my 1.09 for Willis a few weeks ago in a 12 team SF where I roster Baker and Goff. I think I’ll get usable weeks from Willis. Not as confident in what I’d get at the 1.09
