For Chido, it seems to be more a familial desire to raise their daughter in a home base they knew—Europe.

Again, only they can say.

We were told by a source with authority, and an immigrant themself, that this was not the case for Djordje, nor Chido.

Until we hear otherwise from the men themselves, this line of thought can be stemmed.
