I do agree with you that Nintendo *should* get boycotted, but it's just a matter of their audience that's the issue. This is also why boycotts in general are usually ineffective.

The issue with Nintendo is that the games they create are so compelling, especially to uneducated families, that a boycott would ultimately be ineffective. You're not gonna buy far cry for your 5 year old, you buy Mario kart. You cant really boycott them as effectively cause of their audience makeup
