Busy Saturday two work zoom calls. Preparing for leading all age worship tomorrow. As well as the routine Saturday stuff!
But Todo list now completed😀

Feeling a little flat today but glad to have made it to Friday 😀

A little weed and debris clearing from the front garden to allow the bulbs to shine a little brighter

A chilled start to MH day 2 was rudely interrupted by a young man knocking rather loudly on my front door. When I opened said door, he started "Hello Love" and then proceeded to ask to try and sell me garden services, no mention of who he was or worked for
I said no thanks!

Mental health day continued with meeting a friend/therapist for coffee this afternoon and a Cinema trip with my boy this evening. Life looking much clearer 😀

Taking a couple of Mental health days, starting with a bracing walk in Ampthill Park. This view likely to change in the next few years if/when Universal build their theme park

Been a tough weekend but I will not be bullied or controlled.

Thankful for Friday and a free evening, also no alarm in the morning.

And yet 80 years on we see it rising once again but this time in the countries that fought against it then.
As a country we need to come to our senses before it's too late

The morning had flown by and I hadn't realised how late it was until in Tesco and they announced the 2min silence to mark the 80th anniversary of VJ Day.

I like most others in the shop paused, and I considered what it was we had been fighting in WWII.
