Cannot believe I’ve seen any criticism of Slot regarding his team selection today. That 11 should’ve won - players have to take responsibility. Credit to Arsenal. They played at their best & beat a poor Man City team at home.

Credit to Liverpool. They played well, but not their best, & beat a really good, in form Bournemouth team away.

Context. Arsenal are a good side. But all evidence this season suggests Liverpool are better.

Arsenal are a much better team than City, obviously, at this time.

But if they don’t kill the game off with another goal before half time i can see them inviting more and more pressure on themselves by failing to take chances. Arteta often guilty of being too cautious when his team has momentum.

The game is broken and doesn’t really make sense. The contestants lied about their accents and jobs for the most bizarre reasons. Far too many participants are rude and unlikeable. Still, there goes the best damn reality TV show we ever had.
