I remembered that I grew a ton personally when I started SW. I was a lot more wishy-washy with my boundaries and then when I started SW, I had to learn how to communicate them clearly.

They just need to become a SW!

I'm not joking... doing this work forced me to develop boundaries and say NO when I needed to. And then I was able to do that in my personal life.
