What dark magic is this?" Draco demanded, his anger simmering just beneath the surface.

"Why, its blood magic. For it to work, you have to consume my blood willingly, which you did," Hermione explained. Her excitement barely contained. 13/19

but to his surprise, his hand stopped midway.

"A ahhh. No touching." Hermione spoke up softly and took several steps back. She saw that Draco was about to follow her "Stop. Stay where you are." And to his amazement, Draco couldn't move a muscle. He was rooted in place 12/19

"Command me?" Hermione gave a coy smile "Was my blood to your taste? Can you still feel it within you? Would you like me to enlighten you to what my mudblood can do, pureblood?" She taunted him. His rising anger pleased her.

Draco reached out his hand intending to grab Hermione's jaw 11/19

Still reeling from the revelation "Naturally." He paused to study the mudblood. "You're now my blood slave Nothing untoward will happen as long as you obey my commands"

Hermione laughed.

"I failed to see what you find amusing, mudblood"

"Naturally, young Malfoy. You fail to see many things 10

"That's a pretty name. I shall call you, Hermione. My blood slave. My little pet." A light laughter brought his attention back to the part vampire, part witch before him

She was laughing...at him? How presumptuous!

Then he heard her soft voice "Pet? Me?"

"You can understand me?" Draco asked 9/19

Draco continued to study her face. He tilted her head up and saw a pendant around her neck. He was surprise to see intricate runes written on it "Hermione," He read out loud and saw that the abomination before him smile. Draco was mesmerized despite himself. "Is that your name?" He asked 8/19

He tilted his head to study her bright brown eyes and swore that they glowed amber. "Do you speak, little mudblood?"

"Do you have a name?" Draco asked, "Since you're my new pet, shall I give you one?"

The brunette simply stared at him giving no sign of recognition. 7/19

That her blood was now his. She was his. The Second Wizarding War had to end soon and he would emerge victorious. The mudblood lay motionless before him. Draco crouched down and grapped her jaw so that he could see her face

"You're so dirty, mudblood" He said with disdain

Draco surveyed her muddy white dress and muddy hair and streaks of mud on her pale face. It was fitting that his people referred to her kind as mudblood. He wondered if she could talk. Could she comprehend that she was now his property? Did she know that she could never go back home? 5/19

Still savoring his new found power, Draco glanced down to study the long-haired brunette. Her dark waves turned copper reflecting the moonlight from the small bared window of her cell. She had collapsed down after he had taken her blood. Her breathing was almost inaudible. 4/19

enslaved to their eternal thirst. Uncivilized and barely sentience. But her kind was far worse, part vampire and part witch. Elusive and bewildering, very few had been captured and not much was known except the fact that their blood was an elixir with untold potentials. 3/19

Her lightness briefly alarmed him. Though he knew not why. He had pulled the petite brunette from her cage y. She was dirty from evading his capture earlier this night, running through the dense wood behind his family summer residence. Luck was on his side. Vampires were mindless creatures, 2/19
