A judge on the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals granted the Govtโs emergency request to pause restoring the remainder of the Slavery exhibits at the Presidentโs House in Philadelphia while it considers the case.
Judge Thomas Hardiman (Bush appointee) is on the short list for Supreme Court nominees.
The court found that the legislature failed to file appeals on the Aug. 25 and Nov. 10 orders in time.
They also ruled the appeal under rule 54(b) was improper as the District Court has not issued a final decision.
