I prefer to stick to my therapist. When following social media therapists, I find while they’re helpful to many, they make me second guess myself too often. I also vastly prefer BIPOC mental health professionals as they’ll always understand me better. Thanks!

My blue spotted salamander sona is supposed to have some facial traits that I haven't yet been able to reproduce, but the teeth gap, thick lower lip, wide nose... They are supposed to be there at some point. Subtle but enough of a reference.
