I absolutely see the challenges you have and how cooking could be an impossibility due to pain. I'm sorry you suffer from your disability. I have a psychiatric disability that has bed bound as a component. When I just want to die, why get up? And, why eat at all when I just want to die?

Yes, lots of standing, lots of racing in circles, and exhaustion when we finally get to sit down to eat. My husband has a physical disability and, indeed, the frantic pace was often too much for him. His disability is Klippel-Feil syndrome for which he's been on both palliative and hospice care.

What is a disability unfriendly meal? Honestly, I'm just curious bc our two sons are disabled, and so is my husband, though he makes all of our dinners. We tried hello fresh and it was okay, I guess, just to many potatoes lol frickin undercooked French fries again?! Ugh

I ate too much today. Still, under 500 calories is acceptable but I gobbled down just about 1,000 calories and that deserves punishment. I must be stronger if I am ever going to reach 170lbs. I am currently 192lbs. I am a grotesque monster.

The scrub-jays have a nest in our rose bush! I looked it up and, dontcha know, scrub-jays often nest in rose bushes! WOW so on top of all the beautiful flowers we get from our roses, we are also hosting a scrub-jays family! 🫶

Every Tuesday over the past few months, my husband brings me bunches of loose flowers and I just go wild. This arrangement I made makes me feel so happy.
