I've been desperately trying to combat my body's stress response that causes insane breakouts on my face that severely impact my self confidence in my daily life. This has coupled with a loss of momentum in my health journey that I was so proud of since April. All of that though is in the backseat to the inevitable weight on my chest knowing I won't be passing my upcoming exam this go around. These last months of the year while my favorite, have also entered us into the evolution and duet of seasonal depression and I am not an exception to it."
