Reason 3: Propaganda & Disinformation
There’s been a concerted effort to exploit the already existing division between mainstream liberals & “progressives” in the media, on social media, podcasts & by US adversaries.
It worked in 2016 with the SCOTUS majority on the ballot & again in 2024.

We always talk about how the GOP puts party over country, but when 1 doesn’t & endorses a Democrat who she knew wouldn’t destroy the country, that became a bad thing.
She threw away her political career to stand up to Trump, which should’ve shown people what a threat to the US she knew he was.

Reason 2: Liz Cheney
She was elected to the #3 leadership spot in her 2nd term & could’ve kept her seat.
When “David Duke without the baggage” couldn’t get the votes, she would’ve been next in line to be Speaker.
She knew a Trump term would be awful & endorsed Harris, but had 0 input on policy.

The same people that constantly bring up Gaza as a reason to “Abandon Harris” couldn’t seem to get it through their heads that she was the VP & aside from breaking ties in the Senate, her job was almost entirely ceremonial aside from acting as an adviser to Biden or representing him abroad.

Gazans wanted Harris, not Trump & while she advocated for a 2-state solution, Trump wants Gaza to be a resort.
Trump despises Muslims & throughout 2024 used the word Palestinian as a slur.
Even if that was the only issue that mattered, IDK how helping the Muslim ban guy win helps.
