In our fragmented media landscape, it's tough to get anything like a critical mass of people paying attention to the same thing.
So it's notable that nearly 7 in 10 voters say they're hearing negative news about Donald Trump.
1 hour, 40 minutes we can never get back.

Jennifer Jacobs & @JenniferJJacobs Follow back BREAKING: Trump officials are putting a pause on most federal government websites. They are expected to go dark at 5 p.m., Trump officials told me. @CBSNews 4:49 PM • 1/31/25 • 487K Views
I oversaw HealthCare.gov, Medicare.gov sites 2014-2016 .
Gov’t websites do more than provide critical information to help people — they connect people to life-saving services.
Families and kids will pay a steep price for Trump dismantling the gov’t.
My kid has the flu.
I literally checked CDC.gov this morning for information about this strain.
The only reason you choose to make a public resource go dark is if you don’t care who you hurt.
Their success isn’t inevitable.

Trump promised the oil execs who supported his campaign that they were getting "a deal" — with tax benefits and environmental protection rollbacks coming their way.
Once this news broke, Zeldin went on Fox News and promised to deliver those rollbacks on Day One.
In May, Trump told a bunch of oil barons that giving $1 billion to his campaign would be a “deal"—because of the taxation and regulation they would avoid with him in office.
Lee Zeldin, his nominee to lead the EPA, now promises to roll back regulations on Day One.

It’s Election Eve. And every four years, on Election Eve, I watch “Barack in the Virginia Rain.”
Let's go win this thing.

The @nytimes.com (or should I say @nytimes.wtf) reporting on the clean energy transition has reached bad parody level. Check this doozy out nytimes.com/2023/11/27/u... Thanks to US policy, solar manufacturing is finally booming in Ameroca. But... something something ... this is clearly bad for Biden

The Biden campaign raised $71m last quarter. That's big result.
But under the hood, there's an even more important number.
Today, the campaign has 112,000 recurring, monthly donors.
As far as I'm aware, that's the biggest pool of sustainers in Democratic politics.
I’ve seen Jason Isbell play live more than any other performer. But I’ve never heard the 400 Unit sound better than they do tonight at Wolf Trap.
