Completed Game #12:

Donkey Kong Bananza

Pros:
- Extremely enjoyable to break everything in sight
- The game gives you a reason to keep going with it
- Bananza Forms are very fun to use and further destroy with

Cons:
- Boss challenge is inconsistent until the end
- That’s all I can muster

Yo, this game absolutely rules! It feels so fun to play around in the areas and destroy everything in sight! Seriously, if you have a Switch 2 and are looking for something new, grab it. Good stuff here.

Just a disclaimer, I’m not doing this for clout whatsoever; I couldn’t care less about the traction. I just want everyone to know and stay alert about this sleaze-bag.

I never want to call people out. Ever. But this is a very large exception to that rule.

This document is calling out the Twitch user, “TheChicaNugget”, who I previously modded for. Most of, if not all of these callouts were in voice calls, so I don’t have concrete evidence, but this all happened during my time. So take that as you will. This guy has constantly made racist and homophobic comments with no point or punchline, and they were oftentimes tasteless and poorly timed. He would also cross boundaries, for example, saying ableist slurs without warning me first. It’s also worth pointing out that most of his other moderators at the time were teenagers that he always made inappropriate comments towards, even me who also was a teenager at the time. He was making sex jokes and even berating his own mods, calling them pussies, for example. Every time I spoke up about issues with the server he ran, he and the other mods would gang up on me and bewiddle me as a person for no good reason. I can’t believe I used to mod for this sleazeball. He’s extremely gross and borderline offensive. I sat on this for three years and am finally breaking my silence. Consider this my official resignation.

I’m very scared, but I will finally break my three-year long silence on this case regardless.

Deltarune - Chapter 1

Pros:

- Combat is very fun and unique
- Characters are extremely memorable and funny
- The story is engaging

Cons:

- Slightly slow at the beginning
- I’m really stretching for cons, it’s so good

Regarding the game completion threads moving forward:

I don’t want to do scores out of ten for each game I complete anymore; I want to do a list of things I liked/didn’t like about the game in question.

I think this change is better for me, as I have a hard time picking scores for games now.

Just a relaxing game with so many neat details. It’s not story-driven, but you pick up so many little details that basically show what’s going on throughout the course of the game. It’s really cool!

Final Score: 8.5/10

I nearly got my Steam account hacked this morning, but thankfully I was able to close the link in time. I was quick to change my password and do a security scan on my PC.

Be careful on the internet, everyone. It can be scary sometimes.

Welp, it’s real!

Honestly though, this game looks decent for what seems to be a super early build. But I have faith in this one.

This is my first soulslike game, and boy did it deliver. This game is a fun homage to games like Zelda with its puzzles that put your mind to the ultimate test. The game looks gorgeous as well. Very happy I got to play this!

And that's Ventus' story done! Way easier than Terra's story, but it still offered some challenge of its own. The best thing about it is Ventus' gameplay feeling very similar to Sora's. Plus it adds some extra context that I won't get into for the sake of spoilers.

That said, next up is Aqua!

We planted these last Sunday, but some of the stems were looking down. After a week of planting them, they seem to be perking back up!

They’ve been getting a lot of light rain, though. Shouldn’t be too much of a concern, but we still wanna be cautious.
