I am not doing a good job of using each SNS😂

I have a hard arm to stick injections into because of my originally distorted blood vessels and elastic skin, but today's IV was poorly administered by a nurse, 3 nurses came and missed 6 times! In the end they stuck it in the back of my hand, but I told them to do that from the beginning😫😫😫

Just because I don't show up on social media for a little while, people worry about me. After all, I am the poster child for the Internet...

Is Twitter gone?

I am a very shy person.
But with someone I have known only on Twitter for about 10 years, the conversation goes very smoothly, even when we meet for the first time. It was a very wonderful time☺️

This is the season to ponder the difference between the fashion I want to wear and the temperature.

I prefer people who are not afraid of things and can communicate things clearly.

My bust is well developed to begin with and there is a lot of subcutaneous fat around the chest.
So visually, I cannot tell if my training is really strengthening my pectoral muscles.
However, I believe in my growth because I am now able to move my pectoral muscles more consciously than before.

Physical strength recovered 90%. However I continue to have a sore throat and about 50% of my sense of smell has not returned to normal. Fortunately, my sense of taste has not been affected, but since my sense of smell also engages my sense of taste, my pleasure in eating is diminished.

Large chunks of meat are cooked vigorously in a pressure cooker. That's what makes me happy✌️

It is different from any cold or flu I have ever had. I had no idea that the damage to my body would be so severe and last so long.
I am in remission now, but it is still not perfect. I must try to recover as quickly as possible. Health is wealth!

I baked various scones. plain, matcha, and black tea☕️
These are very low in carbohydrates because they are made from barley bran and okara powder and so on. You can eat a lot of them and not feel guilty!😋

People who cannot forgive seem to have a hard time living.

The good thing about moving to a new SNS is that I can easily follow people whose names I have seen on the other SNS but have not interacted with, or people I don't know at all but who seem interesting☺️

Blue sky has a bit of a Twitter feel to it, like Twitter used to have. It's a bit harder to use and lacks some features. But also quaint.

It is not clear whether the heat is to blame, but recently I have not been able to fully recover my energy even when I sleep!
I've always felt an uneven appetite, but now I don't even feel like drinking protein after a workout. It's a bad trend!

A friend of mine on Twitter had his account frozen.🥶even though he had paid for it and got the blue badge. I'm sorry to say that he was a cripple who devoted his body and soul to Twitter, but I can't stop laughing.

A friend on Twitter gave me a pair of leggings from my Amazon wish list. The high-waisted, hip-enhancing leggings fit my body well. It motivated me to workout. Thanks to my loving friend😘
