I wonder what the statistics are on folks making it through Dry January this year.

The man they killed was lawfully carrying but did not remove his weapon from his holster. He was "brandishing" a cellphone and helping a woman after ICE threw them down. He was pepper sprayed, disarmed, and then shot multiple times while he lay in the street.

This is believed to be the angle from the woman in red that is rumored to have been detained afterwards.
