I got fed up buying larger trousers so used that as motivation to drink water everytime I wanted to snack, it was slow but it worked and I now have a bladder capacity to rival Sherga's. 8 inches off the waist too.

If you scan it on a photocopier it'll probably be a pdf which could be more difficult to edit. You might be better off taking a picture with your phone and emailing it yourself. It will be more widely compatible with whatever you want to edit it with.
