This week-plus long Vegas trip had a real theme.

I always enjoy the brief mentions of Vegas when they pop up on 80’s-era episodes of The Price is Right.

I love Vegas. PM me some details about your budget, dates you are going, and if there’s other stuff you may want to do other than the festival.

Paramount will be pissed off as Sony is clearly trying to get distribution control back. But this is really going to hurt ABC most of all as Wheel & J! are mostly its pre-primetime lead-in.

There are days I have actual songs stuck in my head. And then there’s days it’s just this.

I think I’ll take a pass on the butter chicken.

It would have been more appropriate if the bird they brought to the gay bar was a cockatoo.

Those are not mutually exclusive options.

Since federal law expressly prohibits a game show’s producers from predetermining the outcome (and I would think that owning/licensing the computer code wouldn’t let them skirt law here), I would hopefully assume that it’s really bad editing here. Otherwise, shouldn’t losing contestants just sue?

I would like to see/know two things:
1. The job description for the Senior Vatican Analyst role.
2. Who the Junior Vatican Analyst is.

Few things make me happier than booking a Vegas trip. One thing that’s better is booking two Vegas trips.

Its timeslot is a pretty tough one. Survivor/Amazing Race, Chicago Fire, and The Floor are weighty competition. Plus there’s one less hour for DVR viewing to get into play. CJ would probably do better in July/August when the syndicated show goes into reruns.

It’s been 5 years since Oliver and Mia were adopted into our lives. What goofballs.

Well I guess I can cross off “Seeing a drag queen performing Macarena” off a list I didn’t know I was keeping.

Remember that for some people, that may be a step up.

My flight was so turbulent that I almost became one of those people that applaud when the plane lands. Then I remembered who I am and just picked music that if I died listening to I wouldn’t be mad.

Today’s activities included filing my parents’ taxes, doing tech support to make their new printer work, setting up their RMDs, and assembling my sister’s bed. I think this entitles me to get turnt up at da clurb tonight.

It is perfectly ok to not watch this address to a joint session of Congress tonight or be on social media looking for reactions. I may just go get buzzed at karaoke and recover from the hour of squats I just did at CrossFit.

My partner and I this afternoon, after he got my flowers since he is out of town.

It is amazing how many people messaged me to made sure I knew about this. And yes, I already have Google flight alerts set.

After an hour of doing squats the other day I am about to face my mortal enemy: a third floor walk-up building.

I am starting CrossFit tomorrow. I at least hope this Kool-Aid they make me drink is a good flavor.

Just signed up for CrossFit. When they asked for my goals, I said, “To remain stronger than my partner.” He was standing next to me when I said that.
