UNO School of Criminology and Criminal Justice

This is a 3-credit course that provides an examination of the racialized American legal process as it pertains to and affects African Americans in the U.S. Topics incl. policing, mass incarceration, sentencing disparities, civil rights litigation, and current reform debates.
