What made Rev's harrowing imo is audio. It's not just the scream and whimper, but the choked last breaths of the girl, the maniacal grunts of the murderer as he kills her off screen, the blood splattering across Rev's face just oh my god

Maybe it's just because of my impression from the two remembrances i've completed (duchess & recluse), that the cutscene and tone of it genuinely caught me off guard and made me feel sick

I love the visual and audio cues, and I love how some nevrons have unique attacks and how it keeps the simple dodge parry fun (gross Tete, that one nev where you can only counter, the grosse fucking tete)

I must be on the wrong side of the community because why do I keep seeing more comments of people hating on Clair Obscure's dodge/parry mechanics 😭😭😭

I thought it, and the nevrons were well designed

things just kept getting better and better after elden ring port announcement 😩
