Thanks. The views at sunset are excellent in opposite direction, too, as the peachy-pink light reflects off a range of mountain peaks.

Weird that so much of the trip was super warm. The snow disappeared immediately. I've never seen it like that in Feb

We’re at war, and Trump still hasn’t given a coherent explanation for why the US, alongside Israel, attacked Iran or what the endgame is.

Finding out he was making party cameos at Mar-a-Lago while this was unfolding is nuts.

Bush lied, but at least he made a case to Congress before war with Iraq.

It's nice when someone tries to rein in the power grab of this greedy corrupt tyrant

The convicted felon pedophile protecting coward who lied to avoid his own service, said McCain wasn’t a hero and started a war of choice to distract from the Epstein files wants you to focus on the ballroom he’s building illegally in order to honor himself.

Beautiful. I love seeing the combination of flowers in vase, the painting and the garden beyond

Home now from Utah. Ted worked remotely & we had afternoons/evenings to ski or take walks

Views are from 3rd floor of sis's house on side of Mt Ogden during the one day there was snow. Crazy warm after that.
1s is looking along side of Mt Ogden to south. 2nd is view west across Great Salt Lake

Wonderful sketch within the museum, Kathie. I love the structure of museums and seeing the visitors engaged with artwork as well as the work itself.

Nice photo to set the scene, too

After a long drive to the hills and tea plantations around Chiang Rai it was time to sketch by the pool.

This project is a good reminder that where ever you live if in the US and if you're a citizen, PLEASE CHECK YOUR VOTER REGISTRATION or register to vote.

Be ready for the midterm elections, if indeed maga fails to block them from happening. Our chance to restore the country

One of the biggest threats to health and safety in America is the willfully incompetent rfk, jr himself.

Idiot or evil? Don't know, either way, he should NOT be in charge of anything

Your photos a such a joy, both in themselves and as a connection to beautiful places.

So much stress and unhappiness in the world - your photos are superb reminders of the joy and the places that need to be protected

A sweeping view of Bath city and hills, seen beyond a landscaped garden of parkland, lakes and a Paladian style bridge, with daffodil flowers in the foreground.

A bit of colour in the sky this morning. No new photos yesterday (well, lots of dogs) so here's one from Saturday - the view from the top of Prior Park Landscape Garden. Have a good day! xx

I agree with Sam: "the unpainted space is half the painting" in this lovely, meditative watercolor of eucalyptus leaves.

On this day in 1872 Yellowstone became the world's fist National Park: 67 species of mammals, approx. 150 species of birds nest there, more than 2,000 known archeological sites within the park, about 290 waterfalls, 2.2 million acres!
What a wise decision!πŸ™‚πŸŒ²πŸ»
