We saw this magnificent creature at the LG Creek perk ponds in Campbell/Los Gatos. About 3 feet tall, did not move away from approaching humans, until they got within 10 feet.

I just finished reading a book, "I Remember" by Emily Hoffmann.

A very well written book about a house as seen through the house itself as it "remembers" families and residents that pass.

It's a fast read, most people will have no trouble getting through it in 3-4 days. 5 Stars.

The local city council actually took away a full car lane and gave it to bikes. There was a brief revolt, police issuing citations, and all is well. It helped to have a mayor who is a hard core cyclist. (now a member of the US House)

So, I had Paramount+ for several years from an obscure promo offered by T-Mobile. $5 a month on my phone bill. Not bad.

As soon as the Ellisons took over Para/Sky/CBS, went up to $9. I canned the option.

The same $4.99 appeared on this bill. Call. Straightened out. Lots of people doing same.

Definitely not from my pillow!
